Rully

The Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée was established in 1939. Rully produces white and red wines, Village and Premiers Crus. It is also one of the most important places for producing Crémant de Bourgogne, since the beginning of the 19th century. The nuances between the wines come from differences in terroirs, exposures and altitudes, which are quite varied here. Between 230 and 300 meters above sea level, the slope produces wines that rival the best of the nearby Côte de Beaune.
