Saint-Aubin
In the heart of the Côte des Blancs, between Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet, in the immediate surroundings of Montrachet, Saint-Aubin is a wine-growing village in the south of the Côte de Beaune. The appellation has been recognized since 1937. White clay soils and very limestone for the whites; soils where brown clays are more present for reds. The slopes are sometimes steep, oriented to the east or southeast. The altitude varies from 300 to 350 meters.
