Tasting
Tasting note
Hawthorn and honeysuckle aromas mixing with hazelnut and fresh butter. The palate is mellow and lasting, lifted up with a nice minerality. A charming and rather imposing wine.
Food pairings
Ideal with a veal tenderloin or creamy scallops.
